Ingredients
  

  • 1⅓ cups Nutrail Keto Nut Granola Crumbed
  • cup butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Powdered Sweetener
  • ½ tsp imitation maple extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Almond flour, sifted
  • tbsp Coconut flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Xanthan gum
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ cup Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°. Add the nut granola to a food processor or a blender and process until it is roughly crumbed.
  • Sift all of the dry ingredients except for the granola into the melted butter. Stir until combined, then add the egg, vanilla, and maple extract.
  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and then shape and flatten each cookie, as these cookies will not spread.
  • Bake at 375° for 11 or 12 minutes, and remove to a cooling rack immediately.
